i am ill and lonely

i wonder why some design STUDENTS have so much pride in them
seriously speaking
design is very talent-oriented
even if the school teaches you techniques
you may not go far without talent
so dun yah-yah-papaya
unless you have some achievements

i didn’t even talk about myself
been doing illustrations for singapore press holdings and mediacorp publishing since 1996
being the youngest illustrator then
won 2 SPH annual awards
have published a book
been chung cheng high school (main) top art student
approached for scholarship in nanyang school of fine arts
am doing freelance illustrations for a fee higher than your monthly part-time job

i’m a business school student
and will receive a business school diploma
why do i feel that i have a higher chance to getting employed in the design field than you?
wake up
and be humble

if you are always doing the shit jobs
if everyone in the family gets something except you
if everyone seems to only forget about your birthday
the problem probably lies with you

its been raining lately
when it rains, all these insects come and hide in my house
kinda weird
by the way they are HUGE

thanks to NTU and Ministry of Affairs, i’ve got some subsidy
