Ladies and gentlemen,

The amount of talking and the level of noise generated during tutorial classes and lectures is totally UNACCEPTABLE!

As students preparing to work in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, it is absolutely important to practise a certain amount of discipline as part of your normal behavior.

As such, I will be instructing the teaching team to tighten disciplinary standards during all tutorials and lectures for this subject.

Students who insist on talking loudly with their friends and classmates during tutorials and lectures WILL be told to leave the class or lecture theatre, and will be liable to face disciplinary action.

You have been warned…!!!

just came home from BSC sub comm camp
it was a grueling 2 days
with minimal sleep
and a lot of work to do
but we made it through and survived
i hope the sub comms enjoyed the camp

and i must say i’m really proud of ophix freshies
no matter where they go
the ophix spirit is with them
love you guys man

today my class booked 18 tables at Toptable
but we had to cancel it
cos got ppl back out, wear slippers, short shorts and skirts
like what the hell la?
we work there every wednesday
its not an excuse to say they don’t know

my sister just told me Parkway Parade MPH
is on its last day today
and Borders will be taking over

This is damn upsetting
I remember when i was very young
my parents used to bring me and my sister to Parkway
when they go shopping, we would go to MPH
i’ll be reading comics off the shelf with other kids
and walk around the store
sometimes watching the TV at a nearby video store

when i studied in chung cheng (main)
i like to go there after school also
even though most of the time i dun buy anything
i would juz go in and check out the store

when i was in college
i have this good fren, song yu
we went there before song yu left for australia

when i work with spinelli
i used to go down during breaks or after work
just to look around

then there was this time
when i worked as a promoter for LAMY
inside parkway MPH

two weeks ago
when doing TTOPS field trip project
my group even met in front of MPH

i grew up with Parkway MPH
thank you for the beautiful memories
you’ll be missed greatly

Today MING shall introduce you guys some "miam miam" food from IKEA

We have GRAVLAX with some vegetables and honey mustard
deliciously flavourful and not too salty
only problem is - too few pieces

Next is SPAGHETTI WITH SWEDISH MEATBALLS
Yes the meatballs are their specialty
I would really appreciate some blueberry sauce to go with it
the spaghetti is cooked beyond al dente
and I do not like my spaghetti cut
the gravy is too watery also

The desert is MIAM CAKE
topped with crispy rice
rich taste of caramel
totally sinful but too good to be true
